We do not originate loans, approve financing, or guarantee that you will qualify for a mortgage or be able to purchase a home. No guarantee of results
Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including lender requirements, market conditions, and your own financial circumstances. We make no promise or guarantee of any specific result.
Your responsibilities

Subscribers to our messaging program receive informational text messages relating to a consultation they have requested from us, such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to questions they send us, and follow up about the plan discussed during their consultation.
Program: FirstKey Pathway Consultation Messaging
Message type: Informational and transactional only. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
Message frequency: Varies by conversation. Most participants receive no more than 4 to 6 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. FirstKey Pathway does not charge for text messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time.

How you opt in
You may opt in to receive text messages from FirstKey Pathway in the following ways:
- By entering your mobile number in the chat widget on our website and agreeing to the consent language displayed in that widget before submitting.
- By providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to text message contact during a phone conversation with a FirstKey Pathway representative.
- By sending a text message to our business number, which we treat as your consent to reply to you at that number.

We do not send promotional offers, advertising, discounts, or newsletters by text message.

Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opting out and getting support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 504-399-7233. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 504-399-7233.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by FirstKey Pathway.
